Three cans of corn...
Drain well...I usually do it for at least an hour or overnight with seran wrap over it and a bowl under it...
One bunch green onions chopped...Look at my new Pampered Chef knife cuts so GREAT!!...
All chopped and see the pretty pink knife once again!!
In May Pampere Chef has items for Breast Cancer Awareness then donates $1 from each of the pink items sold...
I chopped tomatoe...I normally use a red pepper...my fav. flavor in the corn salad...but tomatoe was good, too...
Mix all in a bowl...about 3/4 cup of mayonnaise...NOT salad dressing!!
1 cup shredded cheese... Mix well keep in 'frig until ready to serve!
ENJOY!!! Keep chilled!
