My room at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Minneapolis...
Somehow I got the executive suite...I was ecstatic!!
See the hallway betweent he big screeen TV and closet doors...let me tell you the story about this executive room...I slept like a log on Sunday night...on Monday morning while I was scantly clad a housekeeper came through the doors and asked how long I would have the room...of course, in a broken english accent...I said excuse me??? Repeated the question...I said I assume until Tuesday when I checkout...she left less then 5 mintues later she returned again...repeating questions this time I was holding my capris up to cover myself..now if you went into a room with a guest scantly clad once don't you think you would not return until you knew the guest was gone???? HMMM!!! I didn't have time to complain to guest services b/c I had to get to my seminar and the show...upon returning around 5 PM having about 30 mintues to freshen up for dinner there were articles on my vanity in the bathroom that were not mine...brush toothpaste...case of some sort...OK this warranted a call to guest services...when I went to the phone there was a note by the phone stating that the door to the suite had been mistakenly left open...OF COURSE...I would not have an executive suite LOL!!! I called and told my story...it took the entire 30 minutes of my refreshen time to get this all cleared up...someone was suppose to come and get the "stuff" from my room never showed up so I grabbed a hand towel picked to up the items and brought it down to guest services...when I got there two of the other gals from our group had been locked out of their rooms...they tried their keys a few times and security immediatley came to their door...the laughed and said well they might have to bunk with me in the executive suite on the couches...I said well fat chance I am locked out of that room...we all laughed...needless to say I wrote a letter to the CEO of Hyatt Regency!!! ONLY to this Crazy gal could this happen!!!
So it was good bye executive suite for me!!
