I went to a seminar in Bismarck for Bakery/Deli that was held by Kristy Grubbs originally from Atlanta who was a bakery/deli specilist...it was amazing and eye opening...I learned a tremendous amount of information and came back pumped and pumped beyond pumped...we are doing a lot right...we have a lot to do to improve!! I am working hard and making improvements to better our store!!! Today was organize and start the process!!

Nice things do happen to us!!
Today one of the girls at work and I went out of the building to lunch...which for bakery people is really breakfast...at 9:30 AM...she was feeling glum b/c her husband was going to nights for who knows how long and her Gram pa has cancer in his liver, lungs and possibly brain...he is 82 so no hope of surgery or chemo for his age to help him...so I thought she needed cheered up...we talked and laughed a little and I tried to be a good boss and care...when it was time for us to go the waitress came over and told us our linen man paid for our lunches so we would have no bill...I was so thrilled I could have jumped for joy...I do things like that all the time for people and buy them some of my cakes etc...today was so special how we reap what we sow!!! All day I keep thinking about that and what a nice young man he was...so when he comes in next week I am buying him Carmel rolls...he told me awhile ago he loves them!!!

Weight loss journey moving on>>>>
Tonight I bit the bullet and went to WW for my weigh in...I have not been in three weeks...two bc I was so depressed bc of my weight gain and one bc I was sitting with a friend who is not feeling well...tonight I went in and weighed it wasn't what I had hoped for...but better then I could expect...I am remotivated and ready to see the scales go down down down like a burning ring of fire!!! LOL LOL!! More to come next week!!

Weightloss Journey 1,582...a forever journey!!
I haven't bogged about this weight loss journey bc I have been struggling! A couple weeks ago after working out four days in the week, following plan, I had a gain at my weigh in...I was so upset I ran out of the meeting and tried to just go home a gal stopped me and saw I was so upset I felt like an idiot crying about it...she talked to me for a long time...I did not go back bc I ate horrid the whole week..and the next week...I am trying to get on plan again and move forward...I was planning to go this past Monday and had to sit with my good friends Mom while they went to look at the care center...so now I am actually eating right...Monday I will face the doom regardless of how I feel!! I know having a weight problem my whole entire life since the age of 8 is frustrating and overwhelming!! Back to counting points and trudging on!!!
I did come to some conclusions...I did not drink enough water...I ate out a few times...hard to truly know the fat etc. in restaurant meals...eating less fruits an veggies was not a good option...so NOW I just have to keep going!!
