Pastrami Reuben Sandwich Supper

Ingredients needed: Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese, Pastromi sliced very thin, Dark Pumpernickle Rye Bread... All items bought at Bronsons's Super Valu in the deli and the sauerkraut in the grocery section!

Drain the sauerkraut...rinse in cold water let drain a little more...it takes the strong taste away if you drain it...



Put the swiss cheese on the bread, ,then the thin sliced pastromi, then the sauerkraut...



This is a beautiful sandwich...if a sandwich can be beautiful...mmm yummy!



Place in a paperbag and heat in microwave for about 30 seconds..the paperbag keeps the bread from getting hard and nasty..tear it open and carefully remove sandwich...



I served it with Crazy Corn Salad and a lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes...recipe for Crazy Corn Salad is in a previous post...ENJOY this crazy meal!!!
