Carmel Rolls...family fav!

Sweet Roll Dough

1 cup milk (heat to hot) 2 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup sugar 1 cup warm water
2 eggs (beat) 1/4 cup butter-real
1 tsp. salt

5 cups flour or a little more ot make a soft dough. Let rise 'til double.

Roll out to a think thick flat piece...I sprinkle cinnamon on flat rolledout piece...then genlty roll in a log shape...cut about and inch to inch and half put in a pan let raise a little again...then our a mixture of carmel on top.

Carmel

2 cups brown sugar
3/4 heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar

Cook on stove stirring constantly until a little thickened...then pour over the rolls...

Bake 350 about 30-35 minutes...don't let themm brown or will be too hard...we like them soft and gooey!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
